俺不是化工的。但根据中学物理,当温度持续升高,压力也升高,会出现水汽共存。

You have to check its saturated vapor line.
If volume is constant, pressure and temperature is a straight line if the
gas is ideal. If this line can intersect with its saturated vapor line, it
is possible to the mixture can return to liquid state depending its initial
condition. Most likely it could NOT return to liquid state because some
gases are not condensatable if the temperature is higher than a certain
value.
