For agric machinery sector, I would stay with the winners CAT/DE/FAST.
The members in this sector tend to move together and be very correlated,
picking a significant loser may be not a good idea.
If you identify some sector tend to outperform, chase the strongest one, not

A few examples:
1. when healthcare sector start to outperform, I picked two underperformer
MRK and AMGN, which turns out
to be moderate. I should have longed BIIB or ABC or AGN.
2. Food processing is a very strong sector recently. mayoutu should have
longed names like KFT, rather than
the loser TSN.
3. When apparel star to move up, I picked URBN, which is much worse chasing
ANF.
