发帖数: 6945 | 3 好像投行有所谓的防火墙制度，就是股票自营部门和行业分析咨询部门是不可以有直接
交流的。
其实金融行业就是那么一回事，同一个上市公司，几个月就被那些机构升降机一把，什么超
买、超卖、中性、持有啥的，大部分就是那些分析师混碗饭吃而已。
一句话“那些弟兄要真的搞股票能赚大钱，何必辛苦整天做孙子卖报告呢”。
说的刻薄了点，希望没有攻击到谁。

analyst works independantly, but they get their report first reviewed by big
fund in some way. at least one or two days.
there were incident some analyst was drunk and leaked report to broader
audience earlier and got huge problem for everyone in the game. |

那是不是这种投行在市场上立于不败之地了？最近MS和GS的股票涨得不如其他银行股，
为什么呢？
像MS，有什么利空吗？现在可以介入吗？
