炒股也好炒汇也好，不管是投资还是投机，这一行跟其他359行从本质上是一样的，那
就是需要花时间和精力去学习。我们知道，There are only two things you can
invest:Time and Money. Since most people do not invest much time,they lose
their money.在投入我们的bloody money之前，先问问自己我们投入了多少时间学习，
我的经验是，如果投入学习的时间越少，那么忍受套牢的时间越长。 www.6park.com
充分必要的学习可能不足以使我们赚大钱，但至少可以使我们不赔大钱。 www.6park.

关于该学点什么？这个范围就太大了，但是也无外乎技术分析，基本面分析两大类。我
的体会是，一定先能静下心来去读那些书，在我们这个岁数可能有点不容易，但是如果
你真的喜欢这行，那么读那些书本身就是享受和休息。 www.6park.com

二、CUT THE LOST,LET PROFIT RUN. www.6park.com
及时止损，让利润奔跑。这句话我体会最深，但执行起来又是最难。炒股票不是智商
150的战胜智商90的游戏，更主要的是心理素质的较量。当损失还小的时候，觉得不怕
，无所谓，当损失大的心疼的时候，往往下不去手，一切数字都填好了，就是按不下去
回车键，想再看看，左看右看，往往割肉与不割肉没太大区别了。 www.6park.com
俗话说，留得青山在不怕没柴烧；做股票是留的本金在不怕没钱赚。做股票还好一些，
大不了套上几年还会长回来，但是作外汇、期货交易强调这一点就更重要了。记得当时
跟我一起做外汇的十来个人，都是不忍心割肉止损，接二连三的爆仓了，都很惨，我是
寿命最长的，之所以至今还活着，就是在发现自己做反方向的时候敢于卸胳膊卸腿。

让利润奔跑，听上去简单，实际操作中你会发现持有获利的筹码实在是一件很痛苦的事
情，甚至比持有套牢的筹码更痛苦，每天面临兑现盈利的诱惑。我们大部分人是，一旦
被套了，就索性连看也不看了，很坦然，反正那点钱也不急着用，套着呗。等哪一天，

我的经验是，要反着来，持有被套的股票要及时割肉，持有获利的股票相反要有耐心，
不要被轻易的震下马。中国股票的特色是，第5浪往往是延伸浪，也是最疯狂的。不是
有句话说，上帝欲使其灭亡，必先使其疯狂吗，在股价还没有疯狂之前，要能安心睡觉

三、上哪条船比什么时候上船更重要 www.6park.com
做股票，市场上的股票好几千只，不像期货和外汇，只有有限的十几个品种，我感觉做
股票最难的就是选股了。选对股就像老板选对了员工，你不用管他，他每天为你打工为

我建议如果不是做短线或者波段，那就多花点时间在选股上，尽可能多地了解企业所在
的行业状况、了解企业未来的发展规划，分析企业的财务报表，比每天泡在市场上杀进
杀出的效果要好得多。 www.6park.com
大资金运作绝对不会是短期行为，而且基金经理们也绝对不会按照技术指标来决策的，
一定是基于严密的基本面分析，技术上的图形，很可能就是大资金刻意画出的呢。 www

一个67岁的老牌基金经理曾经对我说，Technical is not reliable.他的意思是做长期
投资，更重视的是基本面分析。我觉得中国的股票即使是企业的公告，作假的也太多了
，会让人防不胜防，尤其是那些重组啦，巨额亏损啦，签订重大合同了什么的大多是配
合炒作的噱头，据此操作风险太大，我会敬而远之。如果这些公司放在国外，早被罚的
破产了，但是在中国，吴敬琏有句话，中国的股市连赌场都不如，言外之意不必多说。

决定做长期的股票，一定挑选仔细，用巴菲特劳先生的话说就是，拟投资的不是股票，
而是一个公司，如果对这个公司一点都不了解，确保这长期投资的打算，只能是盲人瞎

四、技术分析玩的就是概率 www.6park.com
做短线和波段的则以技术分析为主。 www.6park.com
技术分析是个很古老的行业，后来投资者发现其赢面并不大，十分不可靠，于是转投基
本面分析。随着计算机技术的应用和普及，网络的出现使得交易的变得十分简便，交易
成本十分低廉，于是短线交易在网络交易商的推波助澜之下，技术分析也从昔日的象牙
塔走向普通百姓，于是乎技术分析专家遍地都是，骗子满天飞。 www.6park.com
有句名言，股市没专家，只有赢家和输家。 www.6park.com
不是说技术分析不能赚钱，有，但是比例很低，用一将成万骨枯来形容最准确。 www.

做短线对自身素质要求更高，首先每天必须要有充足的时间盯盘，其次要有充足的资本
，第三，要有自己一套成熟的交易系统。前两项比较好说，最难的是第三项交易系统，
这是花钱也买不到，花钱也学不来的，唯有自己摸索。所谓交易系统，就是一套尽可能
没有人的主观因素参与的买卖决策系统，到什么指标买进，见什么信号卖出，出现什么
情况止损，发现什么现象兑现利润，尽可能的没有人工的主观分析干预。其盈利模式是
依靠盈利的交易比率大于亏损交易的比率，和较高的风险报酬比来实现整体的盈利。

在外汇市场中，因为市场规模太过庞大，主力做庄的可能性极小，因此，系统的稳定性
较好。但是在外汇和期货市场，主力做庄几乎每一只股票都有庄控制，因此，利用交易

针对于此，大部分股票短线客实际上都是在做波段，靠的更多的是长期对几只股票的盯
盘，揣摩庄家的脾气秉性，熟悉庄家的拉升洗盘出货手法，做到知己知彼，靠的是经验
制胜。有的主力是技术派，实力一般，股票走势中规中矩。有的股票庄家财大气粗，股
票走势随心所欲，拉升起来凶狠彪悍，砸盘起来也让人胆战心惊。这就看个人的喜好了

做短线最忌讳的就是短线长做，本来是博短线差价进场的，错了以后不及时退出，因为

".这样想说明心理很阴暗，不阳光。正确的心智模式应该是想， "how can I do that"

问老公：我们带了那么多款，如果换不起了该怎么办呢？老公回答说：这是银行正发愁
