1. 控制每次交易的最大损失
2. 输钱给你一个信号就是你的投资想法可能错了，所以你再继续交易没有意义。
不管是哪种止损，你都已经承认了你犯错了，所以以后涨还是跌对你来说就是个noise.
关于是不是要止损：
1.交易前要有明确的投资理由，并且估计一个你能接受的损失范围
2.如果头寸输了钱，要再明确这些理由还是不是有效，如果不再有效，就应该止损。
3.如果超过了你的最大损失承受范围，则清仓。 |

equal.
That is "levels". these are the price point where significant selling/buying
happened before.
Passing through these levels means the internal of the market has changed,
for example, trend has changed.
ideally, your trade should be with the trend and your stop should be beyond
a level, which if penetrated, trend can be considered changed.
your stop should be defined before your enter a trade. and you should never
move it to be larger.(can be smaller)
your target must be > stop to make the trade worth the effort/risk.
in reality, MM can run your stops, especially in small market, that is why
people do not trade gabage stock or small caps.
run stop in SPY is a lot harder.
Even you made perfect stop setting, and you are stopped. do not panic at
that time.
Is it just the market is trying to tell you something new.
you can normally implement a plan B, where if market back with the trend
direction, you can re-enter.
or if trend really changed. you can again enter reverse direction with
proper stop.
Of course, if your are trade with trend and have a system with edge for
entry, most of your trade should be closed not at stop level. |

然后你发现如果你建仓时机不好的话根本没法止损，也就是说止损其实要求你在一个安
全的位置建仓，然后在更安全的地方设stop
