It's because of Commitment of Traders report which is due on Tuesday and
published on Friday covering the market stats from last Tue to this Mon.
PET wants to hide their activity from public as long as possible so they
prefer to do it on Tuesday. That way the details of their actions won't
be revealed til Friday of next week.
