VNQ for quite a while. I enjoy the ride so far.
For me, investing in REIT is just a highly liquid method of investing in
the real estate market of the US.

the economy turns good, real estate will do good itself. I owned SPG, BXP
and PSA (stocks & options). My account value increase 40+% YTD. |
