TLT has no big up potential from here. Feel like bond market is trading at
bubble level now. Especially when so many retailer investor start to buy ETF
like TLT.

bubble", the same situation:
1)Everybody knows it will bust in someday.
2)Nobody knows when it will bust.
3)Most fund managers "force" to buy some, if you don't,
you are out, or be fired, because your investors are
disappoint on your performance, so it's not because
they too stupid to see the bubble, it's pure money driven.
That's the human nature of all the bubbles along the way.
