REG T MARGIN： 有MARGIN：日内4倍，日间两倍，相当于杠杆功效，借钱投资炒股，IB
MARGIN 利率低，但是仍有外婆可能，具体请搜索精华区。

Scottrade在这方面差。有时bid>=ask都愣在哪里，还不一定能成交。而且我被多次
front run. 这里刚下单，那么就TM的跳出来捣蛋的。
流动性好的也无所谓。
做股价<$1的股票，IB不好，费用高。像明菜那样的大户，用IB不爽。 |

scottrade cannot short at pre- or after- hour time. I may consider to switch
to IB. But how is the customer support of IB if you have some issue? Is
it hard to get connected to them by phone?

IB主要好处是commission低很多。margin interest非常低(比scottrade)
不知道烧是不是能借到股票，费用如何。这个需要股友们分享经验。

Does IB have monthly maintainance fee? $10 minimum commission per month, $
10 real time market data(can opt out but not suggested), can be waived if
monthly commission > $30.
Any drawback of IB? 1.Short interest, I heard some other broker does not
charge short interest. 2. Penny stock trading will incur huge commission
charge. 3. US customer service not very friendly.
