and your problem is that you must enter a limit order to buy pennies.
do more research before you begin trading, or you'll easily lose your pants.
they wrote their regulations on the web and that's pretty easy to find.
next time try to find out by yourself, but not ask everything here. |

of stock under $1.
I protested, they reduced the commission for me.
