On one hand they pretended to care about tax payers so they imposed the
fee to "recoup" some money back; on the other they just gave Fannie and
Freddie a bottomless checkbook to cover whatever losses on the way at
tax payers' expense.
Expect more such kinda BS coming from Obama administration AKA Bush 3rd
term. If you believe economy can recover under such kind of management,
then I have a Hawaii resort in Sahara Desert to sell to you.
