BUGS is available free of charge at the following site:
http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/bugs/welcome.shtml
Personalily, I think its great for Bayesian, easy to use and very fexible, no
need to specify the conditional distributions, only need to specify the model,
data and starting values and BUGS will create the sampler.
