development(all applications), development(booked), OOT(all applications)
, OOT(booked), first month/quarter after implementation, recent
annual validation
note that the booked account for development and OOT are based on the
previous strategy and model, therefore the comparision to them is not apple-
to-apple. The earliest apple-to-apple comparison will be the comparision to
first month/quarter after implementation.
To make a report template comprehansive but not messy to read, i am thinking
picking the below 4 baselines to the template:
development(booked) OOT(booked) first month/quarter after
implementation recent annual validation
among which i believe that the comparison to first month/quarter after
implementation is the most meaningful before an annual validation is done.
any thought or suggestions? thanks, | c*********y 发帖数: 122 | 2 first month/quarter after implementation.
It has to be full month/quarter because sometimes the model is implemented
segment by segment due to resource limitation or other business
consideration.
You only change the baseline if there is a major policy or population change. |
