10000 random permutations were performed. Gain or loss of each of 6 genes (
CE, T1, C2, MC, PN, M1) was assigned to random samples with the total number
of gain or loss for each gene fixed. For a case with specificity = X and
sensitivity = Y, its pValue is calculated as the percentage of permutations
with S-value <= (X+Y) where for each permutation:
S-value = max(specificity + sensitivity) for all possible combination of 6
gene markers
