太boring了，想换个新地方。大叔年龄大了，经不起折腾，就想找个稳定点的地方。是
不是非盈利公司比一般的公司相对稳定点，如果干活还可以的话？多谢！ |

I will go there for the interview and then make decision if they give me the
offer.The first question I plan to ask is: Have you ever laid off your
employees before? If yes, why?

of them perform better than others. Anyway, only after you start serious
job hunting can you find the best balance of pay and security for you.
Why not find a job in a super large company? They are stable too.

company, but payment is a little bit low.
I like easy life. I tried other companies, sometimes I feel the workloads
there are really high. I care payment, but not that much, good work/life
balance is another important reason I consider nonprofit organizations. I
can have time to take care of my family and do the things I like.

profit organizations. Pay is low at both places.
If you want to be able to spend more time with family, find a job in a local
university. They give you a LOT of vacation time, flexible work hours, and
good benefits. A lot of spare time means that if you find the pay is still
too low and you have too much time, you can always make some extra money by
doing freelancing or consulting work. When you do consulting and how much
you do that will be completely under your control.
