offer，但是工资给的就是有点低了，只相当于第一个的75%， 但是就又觉的大公司是
不是还是对自己以后职业发展好一点， 就很纠结
就想听听各位的意见 |

The structure is not formal. You could learn the whole picture. You need to
handle lots of stuff. Less chance inside company.
Big company,
More formal. Narrow scope. Probably will handle larger size of dataset. Gain
experience to communicate with different team. More chance inside company.
Also it is possible to know more people which is very important for your
career.
You can tell big company how much small one offer. Probably they would match
it.
Personal opinion, location and job function are more important than company
size.

发帖数: 1160 | 14 我不觉得跳到另外的公司只是为了钱， 我至少还会要考虑将来的职业发展。
另外我觉得大公司相对来讲， 他们更会舍得花时间， 也会有更足够的资源来培训新手， 对entry level 的人来说， 更容易有个好的开始。
我只是说出自己的想法， 请大家探讨。 千万别围攻我。 ：）

多分工很细，每人专注自己专业的东西，可以做的比较精。各有优点。新人到小公司会
进步很快。小公司做事大公司做人。 |
