这份工我觉得技术含量不算低，比较有意思。不过和手术医生打交道比较 stressful，
比正常工作常常要花更多时间精力和担心，唉

higher education institute) is just a job that pays your bills. If you'd
like to stay an MS, benefits of such a job are that you can work on this
position for a few years, build some network, get working experience, and
most importantly get green card. After that you will have enough "assets" to
move to industry DOING THE SAME THING but get a bigger paycheck.
Another big advantage of such a job is that you have the opportunity to get
a Ph.D while working, and you might be able to have your tuition waived
depending on that university's policies.
In higher education institutes, don't even think of a "career" if you don't
have a doctoral degree.

不过这个职位的统计方法用得挺多的，和教授一起做也可以学到很多东西。学校里的工
作那些无聊的会议繁复的 documentation 少到不能再少，技术增长会很快就是了。要
给儿女免学费，要干上好些年才可以啊，我看很少有年轻人呆那么些年的。唉，不指望了

每次一个小时，讨论一两个礼拜，还没有结果。还有繁琐的documentation。本来运行
模型半个小时，documentation要花我2-3个小时。这还是小的程序。

发帖数: 223 | 19 会，压力挺大的，教授都很忙，给的 instruction 我觉得都是少到不能再少。不过你
问他们他们会告诉你的，非常的需要 work independently。还有压力就来自那些外科
医生，你们知道的啦，个个很忙，也都当自己是精英，只好我们改变自己的 schedule
去配合他们。没有十全十美的工作了，看你选择什么了。
