Statistician (or Assistant Director if the candidate has more experience).
You should have a PhD in stat or biostat, 3+ years experience in a pharma
company (if you are really good, no experience won't be a problem:), good
communication skills, hard working, and detail oriented. Main
responsibilities are as follows. Base salary should be > US$ 100K (details

Job title depends upon your experiences/qualifications. For example, if you
have 3 years experience, you can apply for Sr. Principal Stat; 6 years, you
do Assistant Director. If no experience, you apply for entry level position,
i.e., Sr. Stat, but you better have proper legal status so that you can
