发帖数: 631 | 3 我也觉得奇怪，capital one 从去年开始就不支持h1和gc了，所以我当时听说不敢相信自己耳朵，听说是刚改了policy。
capital one好像很难进，一堆screen的步骤。感觉和IT的google公司有一比。 |

Capital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers.
As a recipient of TARP funding subject to the ARRA, Capital One will not
sponsor new H-1B petitions or transfer existing H1B visas for new hires to
Capital One.
难道政策刚变？

发帖数: 3942 | 13 一般来说，只要把简历post在monster或者careerbuilder之类的网站上，recruiter可
以搜到你的简历了。如果local有opening，而且你的profile比local的其他candidate
高出一截的话，recruiter就会自己找上门来。当然，主动骚扰recruiter也是有益无害
的。
我觉得local的opening如果没有recruiter找上门来，其实已经说明了一堆人比自己强
了，如果自己又没有network递简历的话，基本上连个interview都捞不到。

He said:
Capital One, unfortunately, cannot provide sponsorship at this time for full
-time or internship roles. For our internship roles, our goal is to hire
those candidates as full time employees at the completion of the internship,
at which time sponsorship would be required. Please let me know status.
