成绩单的要求如下：
Applicants should complete the SOPHAS Official Transcript Request Form (
found at www.sophas.org) and send it to all post-secondary college and
universities attended. This Transcript Request Form must accompany all
transcripts. All post-secondary transcripts must be sent from the registrar
or designated school records official directly to SOPHAS. Transcripts sent
from applicants will not be accepted by SOPHAS.
本科成绩单是从国内带来的，不能用么？一定要以前
