我在CRO工作，我们的projects都是来自制药厂的clinical trials。
Statistician的工作主要是review protocol,写documentation (SAP和file specs),QC
programmer做的table以及review listings。SAP里面包括table shells和listing
shells。对communication skills要求较高，对统计知识要求一般，另外一定要detail
-oriented。SAS用的好是个definite plus，不过macro一般用不着。平时的工作既要和
客户及时沟通，也要跟data management部门打交道。写的东西要让programmer能看懂。
