发帖数: 32 | 3 Before you start doing the marketing. Need to answer the questions:
1. What kind of problem are you solving? How does your target user solving
that problem right now? Why is yours better? What exactly the value you can
bring to the end users? cheaper? faster? Do you have testimonials from your
current user can talk about those value propositions?
2. Who's your target? try your best to descript them as clear as possible.
Where do they work? What kind of title they have? demographic, geographic,
psychographic characters.
3. Where do your users getting new information from? Magazine? Conference?
Google? Friends? Mail? Social media?
Once you get these questions answers, you can then have a marketing plan.
But at least you can fix your website first, which needs a total make over
from the marketing standpoint.

application? Like a SaaS service?
The website design has lots of issue, but they are not critical. At certain
time, get a designer and front-end engineer and go through several rounds of
user testing, it will work. I will be more concerned about the product
itself.
Think about building some dashboard style cloud based service, and giving
free trial to initial users before converting them to paid members. Not sure
about the market size/segment of your product, so I am commenting only on
the product.
