company in US, and we have an immediate need for an experienced coordinator,
who will be responsible for the following duties as a coordinator:
1) Identify, research and investigate targeted company;
2) Negotiate pricing, terms, and take over procedure;
3) Act as an on-site representative for the mother company in China to
monitor and administer the daily operation.
4) frequent travel and relocation are required.
It will be part-time in the beginning, and likely to turn into a full-time
position after the acquisition is completed.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to
details;
• Mastery or lengthy experience in business acquisition is
preferred;
• Knowledge or experience on truck transportation or natural gas
station is preferred;;
• Knoweledge or experince in US business and immigration law is
preferred;
Compensation depends on education and experience. The salary is not high in
the beginning. However, good raise and benefits, including a possible
company share, could be provided. In addition, the company can sponsor H1B
