Personally know a lawyer in CA who will do a C corp. for under $1,000.00.
or you can do it by your self for still cheaper. To form a corp. in USA is
really a piece of cake - though right choices in registration state, forms
of company entity, share holders choices, etc are real issues that are
really important, and that's why you may need a professional service. If
the service provider won't be able to provide you with these serices, then
you really don't need him/her no matter how much he/she charges you.
Because you can preety much do the other issues by yourslef.

C Corp 牵涉到 shareholder agreement 等等，所以复杂一点。不过我还是没想到律师
费这么贵。
