the first three months were free. after that, $30/month. I remember the setup/orientation at the beginning was not straight forward due to their lack of helpful instruction. But once you get familiar it after a couple of months, it's ok considering the price.

How do I sign up for Premium Payroll?
Business owners can sign up for Premium Payroll by logging into Chase.com, clicking on the ?Payments and Transfers?, click on the Payroll Tab and then clicking on "Sign up for Premium Payroll" link. If you are new to Chase.com, you can enroll online, visit your local branch, or call 1-877-CHASEPC (1-877-242-7372) and select option 2.
What is the cost to use Premium Payroll?
There is a low, flat monthly fee of $30.00 regardless of the number of
employees or frequency of payroll. Any new customer signing up for the
