就是说如果我 11月,12月成立LLC, 这一年的税还是$800吗? 还有
就是什么时候叫第一次税?

is less than $800 you shouldn't feel a thing.

发帖数: 123 | 3 Oops, I can be wrong. Some states (like Maryland) don't require separate
filing. But some (like RI) do. If you need to file tax for your LLC, then
you will be screwed.
The Pass Through I was talking about is good for federal tax.
Ask an agent to register a company in DE for you. That is the safest play.
