其实最好的tutorial就是dw自己带的help system, 大多数软件的help都很
垃圾， 但dw的help system很neat, full of demonstrations. easy to follow
and put into use. 我就是看dw2&3的help长大的.
当然那只是一些basic idea, essential but not enough, after finishing all the
help, go net for the advanced tips&tricks:
