Hi soccer players,
After a long winter without any chances to play soccer, do you have a strong
desire to do so? Stronger than ever?
Chinese New Year (CNY) is coming soon(2-18-15) and I am planning to hold a
CNY tournament to celebrate this traditional Chinese holiday. This
tournament is for K-1 level players so all players within this age range can
participate regardless of their skill level. The planned date, time and
location for this event is Feb-22-2015, 2:00-4:00 PM @Hyde Community Gym,
Newton Highlands. It will be on the last day of February vacation, and it
is one of the CNY festival holidays (初四)!
At this moment I am reaching out to all of you, and I'm looking to see if
you will participate in this 2-hour soccer tournament. All the invitees by
this notice are welcomed to join, and their friends are welcome as well if
they don't get this email. Please click the link below and register your
child for this event, so the organizers know who and how many are coming.

The setup of this tournament is:
> 4 teams will be formed, and each team can have 4-6 K-1 level players.
> The game will be played 3v3 or 4v4, depending on the total number of
participating players.
> In the group stage, the game length will be 15 minutes. Every team will
play against one another, for a total of 6 matches. Team standings will be
finalized at the end.
> The final will be between the 1st place team and the 2nd place team for 20
minutes. The winning team will be the champion of the CNY tournament and
receive a certificate to celebrate their achievement.
> there will be a friendly match between the 3rd place team and the 4th
place team if time allows.
As a participant, you don't have to pay to attend this event. However, the
organizers will be happy to take any donation/gratuities in order to cover
the gym rental. If you have any questions please feel free to send them over
to me.
Please sign your player up for this event! Additionally, please sign up
under a different line as a coach or a helper or snack bringers if you are
willing to volunteer. Volunteering is the main factor that we can keep this
event at no/low cost! Thank you much in advance!

为了庆祝这个传统的中国节日，我们将在麻省牛顿镇举行儿童足球比赛。此比赛是专
为K- 1年级的儿童球员筹办，所有适龄儿童不论其足球水平高低均可参加。本次活动的

将是麻省冬假的最后一天，也是新年初四！

本次比赛的赛制是：

3>如果时间允许，第三名球队和第四球队之间举行友谊赛。
