近年老墨多了，后来也增建了一个警察局。方圆几十里地就十几个警察。一年下来
看到警车的次数不超过5次。我的结论是警察数目与犯罪率成正比。

state in the union, period, no discussion. I did not even want to compare UT
to MN. But MN is a 50/50 red/blue state at best.

in restaurants. The new loose law was for clubs not have to have

or comparing it to MN at all. Also, I never singled out the city. I'm talking about the state, Minnesoda as a whole.
SLC per se is liberal - just as you pointed out too.
When you talk about liberal states you think about CA, WA, OR, NY, NJ, even
PA sometimes, no body would give you MN, a midwest state, as an example.

我发现很有意思的一点是我在slc时，slc的很多认为minneapolis一点
没啥，只有冷，荒芜之地。而我在minneapolis说起slc，那里的人也
