permit，
起初看网站介绍，以为只有绿卡才能qualify, 后来打电话询问，得知visa holder有猎
照的话也可
以办。过期日期就是i-94上的过期日期。
我今天下午刚刚拿到我的Utah州非本州居民隐蔽持枪证。历时2个半月，给Utah BCI打
电话2次，花
费：ccw学习费75，申请费70。
步骤如下，供有兴趣的人参考，所提供网站全部为Utah政府官方网站。
1 寻找本州的提供Utah ccw课程的Instructor. 此项可以在此处找到：
http://publicsafety.utah.gov/bci/concealedinstructors.html
上课，一般要求自己有pistol，50发子弹，但是如果没有的话，可以向instructor询问
他是否有枪
出租。
课程结束，instructor会在你的application form上盖章。

夏天，除了版主兢兢业业，能常来ski版的寥寥无几，amplifier算是其中的铁杆之一，
他那独特的思维角度，诙谐的表达方式总是能带给我意想不到的乐趣，而且他喜欢写诗
，并能不断地推出各种类型的以滑雪为主题的诗词，有抒情的，有豪迈的，更有风趣和
幽默的，让咱这种缺乏想象力的人也能跨越时空，在炎炎的夏日，依然能延续着上个雪
季的欢乐，憧憬着下个雪季的到来。
此次Utah之行，自然而然地希望能会会咱这ski版的铁杆灌友。Utah之行的第三天，是
个星期六，终于在Snowbird见到了他还有他一直提到的师傅，接下来由他师傅领路，他
自个断后极有耐心地陪着blued和受了点伤的xiaoxiong，让每个人都在Snowbird留下了
一断美好的回忆。那天还有幸与当地的ski版元老xyzok一起滑了一会，可惜的是一行人
只和版主在停车场匆匆合影。

过 一旦通过 如果本州和Utah的CCW有reciprocity 那么从五月第二周开始 除非你拥有
本周的CCW Utah将不会发给你Non-resident CCW
如果application在deadline之后收到 那么就杯具了 所以如果有同好已经上了课正在
准备材料或者还没上课 最好跟本地的Utah CCW Instructor问问清楚 抓抓紧

Whistler之行回来之后只有11天就是Utah之行了. 正常来说MCL的恢复时间一般都是6周
. 我的心情很低落, 觉得自己去不了Utah了. 摔后第二天最严重, 走路疼, 下蹲疼, 直
腿疼. 第三天突然好了很多. 看到一些希望之后心里又开始痒痒了.第四天到第六天状
态持平, 第七天好像又好了点. 为了让膝盖好的快点, 晚上擦了红花油, 结果第八天悲
剧的又严重了. 第十天好像才恢复了第七天的水平. 虽然膝盖还是有些疼, 但走路没问
题. 可以跑可以跳, 可以短时间下蹲. 而且也买了运动护膝. Utah的吸引力实在太大了
, 而且不去的话机票改期也是很麻烦的事情. 出发之前两天的晚上正式给其他成员发信
确定了行程. 由此成就了Utah行. 这11天的等待休息时间里, 我的心情真是跌涨起伏啊…
好了.下面终于可以说说短暂的4天滑雪时光了.
由于时间关系, 我只在那里滑了4天. 分别是Park city, Snowbird, The canyons,
Solitude. 雪况也是一天比一天好, 到了第三天开始连续下大雪, 真后悔没能多呆几天
感受这粉雪.

1。礼貌的人多。
2。新闻上报道的恶性刑事案件少。偶尔发生一起，各大媒体兴奋好几天。同样样的事
件在东部南部天天n起。
3。公共社施干静整洁。连锁的饭店都感觉很新很干静。很少破旧trash 的感觉。
4。对于一个方向感找路能力极差的女生来说，Utah 大多城市以经纬数字命名的街道太
方便了。
5。房价便宜。50 万在加州买condo 或者很差的房子。在utah 就可以买很豪的宅了。
6。冬天可以滑雪，夏天可以露营。户外活动都有最佳的环境。
读书的时候因为utah 最便宜才来，总觉得遗憾放弃了纽约加州的学校。但是真是住的
越久了越是觉得utah 好。

Two Utah cities have passed ordinances banning discrimination on the basis
of sexual orientation and gender identity, the Associated Press reports.
On Tuesday city councils in Murray, a suburb of Salt Lake City, and Moab, in

今天Utah反藏独，迎奥运集会日记和感想。
以流水账方式记载今天的集会。
今天盐湖城天气突然变冷,狂风大作.整个上午几乎见不到太阳.天气可谓不太理想.
可是今天的
抗臧独,迎奥运游行集会活动可谓是圆满成功.今天有很多意外和感动的事情.令我
内心至今也没有平静.
昨天上网看到天气预报说今天盐湖城雷雪天气,大风,而且温度最低接近冰点. 早上
9点多起来发现果然天气十分不好.穿着夹克衫去车里拿了几块牌子就把我冻得够呛
. 我当时就担心今天上午10点到2点的反臧独,迎奥运集会会不会没有几个人去? 当
时就想,那我更应该去,于是赶紧又制作了几个标语. 匆匆出发. 开车到了盐湖城图
书馆广场附近,看到了上百面五星红旗迎风招展,原来他们很多人这么早就来了. 我
是很惊喜,很兴奋. 迅速停好车,带着自己制作的4个牌子,8个标语奔到广场和他们 |

今天Utah反藏独，迎奥运集会日记和感想。

Huntsman去年在以历史上最大优势(83%支持率)连任了utah州长之后
宣布不会再谋求下一任州长连任
不想当州长还想当啥？哦。。。总统！
的确Huntsman是共和党四年后及其有可能的总统候选人
也就是民主党的Obama四年后连任的竞争对手
Huntsman家族是摩门教亿万富翁，财力雄厚，有一个大化工公司
在黑人顺利当选美国总统之后
在美国一直是少数派的摩门成为总统应该也不再会是稀奇事了
Huntsman本身及其精明强干
是GOP中不保守的典型，改革派
这正是共和党在后小布什时代触底反弹所需要的形象
并且看起来共和党也在配合他塑造这种形象：
时不时让他在公开场合批评批评自己的共和党
Huntsman中文非常流利，应该是早年在台湾传摩门教的时候练出来的
在老布什任内当过驻新加坡大使(当时美国最年轻的大使)
