这次就是实打实的重新按揭，需要多少做多少。利好是因为房价升值，相对来讲，loan
to liability ratio降了，于是可以拿到比较优惠的利率和条款，这样就省钱了。
然后这头省出来的钱，那头finance一辆二手旧马，基本上不改变开销结构。
阿拉穷人么，只好这能过过了。

但是，这车是timing chain的，基本上打死不用换，而且是6缸的，够马力，平时跑跑举重若轻。外加我老多付了1300买了个三年/4万5的powertrain warranty.
test drive的时候还开到mechanics那里做过inspection了。问题都identify了，条件都谈好了
还有三千多mile之前刚刚做过engine and brake service. 这个carfax都有据可查。
都考虑进去啦。。。 。。。

basic train is try not to be the last one and not to be the first one
either. Attracting attention would get myself killed. He said the best thing
for me would be staying low key and not to be noticed. The best outcome of
the basic training is after 8 weeks, no one in my class could even remember
that I was in same basic training class. I did what he told me and servered
1 year active and 8 years in the reserve incidents free, got all the
benefits and went on with my life...
