but I was extremely extremely lucky in my LC application.
My lawyer filed it in mid Nov and it got approved
at the end of Dec... But she was so rush to prepare the documents
for the next stage that she forgot to tell me.
I phoned her today asking whether I need to start the application
for H1b since my OPT will end this May, and she said no.
I was very shocked and asked how come? She said I don't need an H...
then revealed this news. I knew special handling |
