What it Takes to Succeed:
As an early member of the Sales Team, you will:
• Handle a variety of analytics – from reporting in various
systems, to collecting sell-through data from Retailers and aiding the Sales
Team with forecasting and demand planning
• Wear many hats as we build the Sales Team – manage our CRM, help
customers follow up on orders, pre-qualify leads, and coordinate projects
to on-time delivery
• Skillfully craft effective and professional communications to our
Retailers and Distributors
• Thrive in the empowering, but somewhat chaotic environment of a
startup
• Champion your salespeople’s’ and retailers’ needs internally
Key Skills:
• 2+ yrs. office management and administration experience
• Impeccable organization and efficiency skills; strong attention
to detail to ensure timely follow-up and bring all issues to closure
• Clear, concise and articulate communication skills - verbal,
written and listening
• Experience with leading CRM and Sale Force Automation tools
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated since you’ll be working with
little supervision
• Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
• Good analytical skills
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and
internet proficiency
Advanced Piloting – It Will Be a Plus If You:
• Are passionate and knowledgeable about photography and
videography
• Know and understand how manufacturers sell to retailers and the
specific types of selling, marketing and accounting involved
