Location: Bothell, WA
About the Position: (Full time or Summer Intern )
You’re the type of person who loves to dissect and correct, work with your
hands, and troubleshoot technical problems. You have lots of experience
working with electrical and electronics systems, and you’re interested in
new technologies. You are a customer, and you know how you like to be
treated, but you’d rather let someone else interact with the end user. You
are excited about working with a group of similarly-minded people, with an
interest in drones and robotics.
Responsibilities:
• Test and maintain/update test log for aerial devices.
• Troubleshoot bugs and issues and effectively communicate test
results (with relevant and useful information) to China R&D team to help fix
the bugs/issues.
• Communicate technical issues and resolution to U.S based customer
service department to help resolve customer complaints.
• Summarize test results and issues to senior management and
recommend appropriate solutions that will drive business decisions.
• Assist Chinese testing engineer and repair technician (assigned
to U.S location) with testing and repair works.
Qualifications:
• Technical degree or relevant education background
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
• Experience with hardware development and software development is
a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication ability, especially
reading technical documentation/schematics and logging process workflow
