Most positions require good knowledge with Microsoft stack, but my personal
experience is the hiring manager looks more towards overall skill and
thinking power. As long as you could answer the interview questions well,
there should be a good possibility of an offer.

发帖数: 822 | 9 I got a few questions: Yes we consider all levels. All PM positions are
filled but new positions can popup any day(see a lot of new faces since I
join). As long as you are technically strong to pass interview I will help
you in whatever way.
Compare with Microsoft: More interesting project with exposure to broader
technology including open source, technically strong staffs with very little
politics and shorter work hours. The company grows fast and it is a very
good time to join. |

发帖数: 822 | 10 I received quite some resumes, ~ 1/4 made to the next round so far. A
friendly reminder: Make your resume concise and on the point emphasizing
specific tech contribution on each project, 3-4 page resume will not help
you as hr/hiring manager will not have time or interest to read through. If
you could go to our job site and find your most matching position and share
me that info with your resume that will help your chance too.
Strong technical persons are encouraged to apply. |

态没啥不好。公司最近F Round搞到278 million,市值翻倍到3 billion，坐我图pre-
ipo头把交椅应该没问题。不过Bar有点高，需要技术好，也需要好好练题。 |
