打算请一个好的inspector，然后跟builder要一些upgrade或者credit。请问大家有没
有自己直接跟builder要credit的经验呢？望求教 |

builder to credit the 3% for upgrading and closing cost and then you pay $
3000 to realtor. |

得修，直接给一些upgrade。 |

closing, builder usually will do it. Also depends on how badly the issue is. |
