一点行动计划和建议：
成立一个非赢利机构 501(c)(3)，设在SEATTLE或加州(此处中产华人最多,SEATTLE 光
MSFT 和
AMAZON 应该就有上万或者几万人)，我们需要以下VOLUNTEERS：
1)至少一个懂非赢利机构法律的律师，多多益善;需要写 BYLAWS， ARTICLE OF
INCORPORATION，和提供法律咨询；
2)至少一个懂非赢利机构法律的税务师，我本人算一个，多多益善，提供税务方面咨询。
３）IT 人才，建立这个组织的网络，宣传该组织MISSION， ACTIVITIES，任何要捐款
可以在网上点击一分钟即完成，通常网上打印出RECEIPT，捐款人可以在自己１０４０
税表上ITEMIZED DEDECTION抵税；
４）BOOKKEEPER， 用于记录日常收入和支出，并产生每月每年FINANCIAL STATEMENT。
5) A lot of volunteers to do all kinds of works.
大家联合起来，出力出钱。一个很好的例子就是Jewish Federation of Greater
Seattle，it serves Jewish community that is connected locally, in Israel and
worldwide.They have more than $10M contribution each year to suppot their
programs and various activities,很值得我们借鉴。以后出现类似JIMMY事件，
PEPTION通过机构组织传达会非 常快，游行示威更有组织力和影响力. 无论谁都不能拿
华人开刀乱开侮辱玩笑，维护华
人在美权利和形象。
Please consider yourself and anyone you know could be a good candidate for
items listed #1-5. An organization needs at least President, Secretary,
Treasurer, and other volunteer board members. Everyone should be pretty much
volunteer (not paid) and work for a couple of hours per week or per month,
when the organization is growing, we should consider to have full-time Board
members and pay them reasonable compensation,this compensation will have to
be disclosed in annual tax return Form 990 and subject to public disclosure
-everyone can request a copy of tax return to see what and how the
organization is doing, where the money comes from and where it goes.
