Later this summer I will be relocating to the area for a new job in Redmond.
It has been a challenge trying to figure out where to rent without being
present or knowing anyone in the area. Any help/suggestions from my
wonderful fellow Chinese will be greatly appreciated!
Here are some details:
* I am hoping to move in at the beginning of August
* I'd like to rent a studio or one bedroom apartment; a mother-in-law
suite out of someone's house is desirable as well
* My budget is between $800 and $1000 - I am definitely spoiled by the
low cost of living here in TN and I find the rental prices in Redmond area
a bit overwhelming :)
* Hopefully I can commute between my workplace in Redmond (WA98053)
and my new home within 30 minutes though I am willing to spend some extra
commute time for a cheaper rent
P.S. I'd like to find some potential girl friends to enjoy shopping, dining
out and exercising together. I am friendly, outgoing and very active. My
hobbies include working out (working out, playing sports such as volleyball
and tennis), listening to music (lately lots of classical music), window
shopping (haha), reading online. Also I have just started to learn playing
guitar. Please let me know if you are up to new friends like I am :)

I have been looking on Craigslist.
Just thought it would not hurt to ask within the Chinese community. In
general I am convinced that people here are more trustworthy:)

租房子只要五百美元一个房间。可能我太挑剔，又不想合租，又想控制在一千以下。如
果大家觉得现在租的公寓不错（安静，安全）且离Redmond不算太远，请不吝推荐！
