on mobile, marketing strategy is the single most important thing. even user
experience is not as important.

every day.
MS mobile still got a long way to catch up with those two guys. clock is
definitely ticking not in favor of later comers.

所以无论从工程上还是市场上都是注定要失败的
除非做出比iphone更牛的手机 做出比android倒贴钱更多的市场

抛开iphone封闭系统不谈，那不是微软的领域（暂时不是）
android free，wp7收费，除非用户真的有大需求买wp7，否则厂家没动力生产

why i donot see engineering quality or user experience is as important in
this war. the carrier and hw manufactures play very unconventional roles at
this moment. if MS goes all the way to win their love, i donot see ios or
android stays much chance.
if MS is a 500 people company just closing serie C, i can see that happening
. right now, too much to lose???

系统集成倒是暂时比不过apple, 但是在现在wp7严格限制硬件的情况下，不会太差。
android的免费开放性是双刃剑，就如同linux一样。比如同样是2.2的update, 各个厂
商和carrier的速度差的太多，因为很多customize的东西要重新做。所以只要MS不漫天
要价，WP7还是有希望的（山寨机除外）。现在除了moto, 几个android的大厂也都在wp
的船上。

发帖数: 564 | 23 MS不但不能漫天要价, 而且要低到可以忽略不计的程度. 几个大厂做WP的原因很简单,
买保险, 也为避免被Google独裁. 但智慧手机早晚也会落到像feature phone那样成熟
的地步. 一点点cost也会把客户推走.
