UI (User Interface) Designer
- Advanced visual design skill, fresh&clean style, with an eye for
innovation
- Strong understanding of usability, and user-centered design
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Experience in creating wireframes, phototype, Information-architecture, to
the final visual design
- Experience with visualizing large amount of data and information
- Strong communication skills, work collaboratively within a team made up of
PMs, business analysts, engineers, and off-shore front-end developers
- 2+ years experience as a User Interface Designer, designed effective
interfaces for web-based site, application, or software
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Communication Design, New Media or
relevant major
- An online portfolio with examples that best demonstrate your talent and
style
- Experience with a variety of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite
and Visio, at least 4+ years’ experience with Photoshop.
- As a UI designer. you might be good to have some basic html+css knowledge.
We are not using this skill for now, but might be helpful.
- Good to have work experience of BI project, but not a must
- Project management experience is a plus, but not a must.
