lived in this apartment for 7 years and am moving because I bought a house.

Well kept apartment, 1 bed 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room, big
storage closet with washer/dryer in unit. Apartment complex is well-run, and
has a communal patio/entertaining space, secure entry and covered parking.
Location is super convenient, walking distance to everything in Seattle, and
opposite King St station (airport train link). Very convenient for 1-5, 1-
90, and highway 99.
Pets are permitted (although there were no pets in this apartment), and
parking/storage are available for about $125 per month (or use on-street
parking).
