I saw a thread in this board sayging that Google Voice phone call is free in
Android device.
I just installed the app and tried to dial an international call. The app
said international call charges 2 cents per minute and ask me to buy credits
from the Google site.
Can anyone confirm that Google Voice is free for international phone?
