Google Groupon offer at the moment, the Wall Street Journal is reporting
that the deal has not yet been sealed and that Groupon’s board of directors
are holding a conference call tomorrow to decide on whether or not they
will accept Google’s offer.
According to the Journal, “there’s a lot of debate going on” over whether
or not the deal will close.
In the meantime, at least one Googler seems to be over-excited about her
company’s prospects. Here is Debbie Leight, Product Marketing Manager at
Google, recommending Groupon to her friends on Facebook earlier today. |

This is surely a better deal than aQuantative. At least it's only 5.3B vs 6B |

Yes it's the most successful social network, so?? Actually it's not because
QQ is the most successful one, from the concurrent online users perspective.

aQuantitive至少当年的市价还是2.4 billion,个人觉得Groupon的市价应该在100
million左右。
Go figure. =) |
