发帖数: 297 | 10 I lived in new houses when I was younger. As I grew older, I moved to old
houses and liked older houses.
The construction quality of the new houses are miserable thesedays, unless
you buy 1M+ houses.
For the same amount of money, I would rather buy an older house in a good
district than a newer house in a so-so district. The houses in good district
keep their values much better than the ones in so-so district.

发帖数: 297 | 11 If you are like most Chinese, you will move to areas that have the top
schools once your kids get close to school age. Schools just have a score of
9 or 10 won't cut it.
Lake Washington is not a bad school district. There are good schools. The
gifted program there is quite good too. The good schools in LWSD are in
Redmond/Sammamish area.

要不离I-405太近很吵, 要不就离NE 124th Ave高压一条线太近.
怪不得大家都建议Bellevue\Sammamish \Issaquah
Newcastle Highland附近呢?
Newcastle Elementary, Maywood Mid, Liberty Senior High |

with affordable price in kirkland (most are split-level).
As I know in Junita area, there are some new houses, not sur about schools,
My agent told me: offcourse, Bridalpath is the best, then West/East market
is good, the neighbourhood nearby beach area.
For me ,Finhill is not bad, but to far interms of communte......
I eventually bought hose in south of Belleuve.

很多30多年左右的房子房顶呀，柜子呀，电器呀都到了使用寿命
原房主都新换过
你就是买再新的房子，还是要投钱的
再说也用不了10万

Beach Parks，交通方便。学校有好有差，但肯定不是都差。
小学：PeterKirk，
中学：International 是最好的，Juanita High其实也不错，好像没人提。
Sammamish和Kirkland，我的个人选择是Kirkland。
除非你可以错时上下班，或者对堵车忍耐度高。 |
