not supported by your managers after the talk, you better move on.
If you talk to HR, they will ask you to sign for MYCD and give you the
option to submit a rebuttal if you want. Make sure you emphasize it is not
your personal opinion. (e.g. many members in addition to you have the same
complaint.) Focus on stating the facts, what you have done (e.g. you tried
to improve. You communicated with your boss and your skip-l |

decision, which will make your situation in the team harder.
Better do that after you find a new job.
I don't think reporting this to HR will hurt your rehire opportunity. You
can ask them if you are eligible for rehire before your leave. |
