My name is Kaitlyn and I am a junior at Mills High School. I work for the
school newspaper, and we are covering a story on the San Mateo Union High
School District potentially building teacher housing on the Mills High
School campus.
More information about this is on a petition in opposition of these plans (

粗略看了下双方材料，倾向支持建。此 affordable housing 非彼 affordable
housing。只有教师住，人口质素比较有保証。而且感觉这真会成一个吸引高质教员的
大卖点。

construction of a housing project intended for teachers that will disrupt
the Mills Campus + environs (one which also manages to elicit disinterest
from teachers!).
BTW, Why is Mills High picked? Why not buy housing units on the market for
teachers instead?

发帖数: 36252 | 5 在中半岛买二百户房子，这湾区房价还真又得涨了。。。算80w一套，这要1.6亿。。。
以后每年1百70万地税怎么办，估计要家长会捐款补贴了。。。
看地图，mills high 有两片球场，不会完全没地方打球。建成后有多6~7个网球场，估
计是给公用，至少 hills high 能用的吧。
建筑时会对学生上课有影响，少一个球场，噪音什么的。但我相信校方会安排非上课时
间施工吧。美国建房噪音也不大，不用打椿。
老师资质好，学生受益，学校更好，房价更高。应该是老师，学生，家长(房主)三赢。
现在想知道，房子是给 Millbrae 老师住，还是全神马跳的呢?
