我对Belmont基本没什么概念，和现在的agent也是第一次合作， 自己不是太ready, 但
是下周就得递offer。高人指点一下吧？neighborhood怎样？ 有没有什么致命伤？好像
老中住belmont的不多，为什么呢？
另外有半岛好的agent也请推荐。

but most of the house in Belmont is not level lot. No park to go around, so
the senior in Belmont will be boring. There are a lot of White people there.
Definite worth this price.

了。
都是我自己在看房子。 今天这个也是我自己找到看到的， 然后打电话叫他来的。因为
周三要递offer, 我不认识其他agent.
我让人推荐agent，是想如果这个房子不成，将来还得继续找呀。 这个agent到目前为
止没做太多啊。

actually think lives on the hills is a plus (with a lot of tree and shade
and not a lot of sun), completely different with most Chinese client's
preference (i.e. level lot, no big tree with a lot of sunshine).

no other places to choose unless you give up on school in peninlar.
For those high paid job in bio-tech area in south-sf, this is perfect
location.

择余地的。

我看SM学校一般，但是价钱好像比Belmont还贵。难道就因为地比较平？

发帖数: 2163 | 13 你得给我个具体地址，那边有好几个区都挺贵，有比较大得，有很有特色得。一般得房
子也不便宜。其实San mateo确实没有比belmont便宜多少。

发帖数: 714 | 15 belmont 跟 san mateo 的好区比初中好很多，所以学区总体上来说比san mateo好一些
；价格又比san mateo的好区便宜一些，所以从affordable的角度来讲比san mateo的好
区好。如果喜欢比较平的地方，可以看belmont 山脚和山顶的，相对比较平。
san mateo 36街应该是hillsdale high，学区来讲比belmont差些。san mateo好差区
variation比较大，尤其跟belmont比起来。
