我：哈佛 is good for you!
子：That's what you think.
我：你看看哈佛出来的将来生活都不用愁了。
子：You mean people don't come out Harvard can't make a living?
我：比其它大学出来的容易找到工作。
子：。。。。
我：So you have to study hard. Don't waste your time hanging out.
子：You don't even have a social life.
我：I'm too busy to have friends.
子：That's your life not mine.
我：Think about your grandma. She will be so proud if you can go to Harvard。
子：Why this has to do with 奶奶?
我：Go to Harvard brings glory to the family.
子：Is that important?
我：Yes。你，家里人都有面子。
子：Who cares 面子？
我：对你自己也好嘛。
子：Stop。。。It is my life not yours. Do you understand?
