The place
The apartment is located at 100 Portola Drive, San Francisco. It has the
best view of San Francisco from both the living room and bedrooms. The condo
itself has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a decent size kitchen and a huge
living room. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Your
bedroom would be the bigger one with a walk in closet. The room is a good
size and can fit a California King bed easily. The room itself is
unfurnished. Sorry no pets. Parking is very easy to find on street. I never
had problem finding parking spot.
About me
I'm a 26 years old male professional working full time in downtown San
Francisco. I'm really into watching sports, working out, going out, going to
watch live music, cooking, and trying new foods. I am very mellow during
the week and even sometime on the weekends. Occasionally (once in 3 weeks
maybe) I will have friends over partying at the apartment because the view
is just so amazing!
About you
I would like to find another like minded young working professional(

Rent details
Currently the total rent on the place is $2,345 per month which is a very
good deal for the area and for the city view. My current roommate and I
split this $1,245 and $1100. He has the bigger bedroom and I have the second
bedroom. Since my current roommate and I have been living here for about
one year and half, the current lease is on a month-to-month basis, which is
probably great for you if you don't want to sign a one year lease. There
will be a security deposit of $2,295 from one person. All rent and security
deposit payments are paid to the landlord and we can figure out how to split
other bills like utilities(only internet and electricity&gas).

Milpitas的大华和North San Jose的大华都很近，到Fremont或者Cupertino觅食也都很
方便。
我自己在这住了3年半，因为自己买房了，所以在lease结束前先搬出去，可提供简单家
具。lease是明年5月底到期。
