厅基本上空着。车库里面可停一辆车，然后还有房前有个固定车位，3人轮流停这两个

这里属于Santa Clara，但是地处跟North San Jose交界处，到Milpitas也很近，附近
大大小小公司不计其数，就是到Sunnyvale和Mountain View上班也极为方便，我自己去
年在Sunnyvale上班，楼对面住着一位在Google上班的老中，所以上班非常方便。离
Milpitas的大华和North San Jose的大华都很近，到Fremont或者Cupertino觅食也都很
方便。
我自己在这住了3年半，因为自己买房了，所以在lease结束前先搬出去，可提供简单家
具。lease是明年5月底到期。
